Finally I've got this new shoe rack. Not all my pairs of shoes could fit into the old plate shelf that I'm using as a shoe rack, so for a long time a lot of my shoes was lying all around my bedroom floor getting all dusty. Today's my birthday and I've been celebrating eating lunch with a good friend in the sun. My cheeks are all red, I kinda look like a tomato after sitting in the sun all day. The sun must have been my greatest birthday present, what more could I ask for?! Afterwards I had dinner at my favourite restaurant with my family and I've received so many wonderdul presents.

My parents gave me these beautiful vintage silver rings. They're exactly what I've been looking for!

My friend she gave me this necklace. I absolutely love it. I actually got a golden bracelet in the same style and I wear it almost every day. This will now be my new everyday item:-)

And my parents also gave me this vintage leather bag. I really must say they've been very good at finding exactly the things I wished for.

Saw this jacket as I quickly passed by the Weekday store today, didn't see the price unfortunately, but I (still) love the biker inspiration plus the fringes!
Life passes by here in Stockholm. I spend my days at the hospital where I have my internship, and when I get home at night I'm so tired - it's crazy!!! There are so many great second hand stores here, love spending my afternoons searching for exactly the right item!

Stockholm is a great place for shopping, and when I'm done at the hospital I usually take a walk through one of the shopping districts... Today I found a wonderful silk shirt at a second hand shop, I also found a beautiful necklace the same place! Of course my round ended at H&M where I found a nice sheer top...

Other than that - I sooo agree to Anonymy's last theme - Alcohol must disappear - It's been a very rough weekend for me after staying out till 7 o'clock in the morning Friday night, too late and too drunk!

Day After Drunk... Yet Again

Today I'm having a terrible hangover. Yesterday I went out and I had such a great evening, came home 6.30 in the morning. I had wine and dinner at my friends place and after we danced all night at different clubs in town. I met a lot of friends and I was completely drunk and in a very good mood. I regret that I didn't take a photo of my outfit and make-up. I was trying out some kind of black version of the 70's boheme look with a long dress and tons of black eyeliner and mascara.
So today I've been lying all day at my coutch and did a lot of internet shopping. That's what happens when you're stuck at home all alone and not being able to do anything but surfing the internet and watch TV. I can't wait for my new purchases to be delivered and I will show you what I bought by then. Two pairs of shoes... I'm a freak! Shoefreak!

Love the ASOS Africa collection - 6 different dresses and they all come in more colors. I would really like these 4 styles, I especially love the purple and green one with Balenciaga inspired power shoulders ,but I'm afraid I can't afford them all. And for some reason I don't know I only buy black clothes at the moment even though spring has finally arrived. So I ended up buying the black one in the photo below.

My new purchases. At the moment I love the look of oversized silk shirts and for a while I've been looking for a black one. I found this one in H&M yesterday and it's exactly what I wanted. I can almost wear it as a dress but I think it'll look better with a pair of leggings. I wore it yesterday and I will show you my outfit later.

I just ran out of my two favourite beauty products so I hurried to get some new ones. I can't live without this leave-in conditioner from Redken wich makes my hair smooth and shiny. In fact I use this body lotion from Origin Organics as my facial cream. I care much about organic products and the texture and flavor of this one is incredible and to good to use it only on your body.

Last night I met my cousin in Oslo, we went to see his friends performing an amazing draq show. Those guys looked absolutely stunning with all their glitter and glamour! I stay at my 92 year old grandmothers house here in Norway and as she's got an amazing wardrobe I decided only to wear her stuff while I'm here. The green jacket, the jumpsuit, clutch and bracelet are all my grandmother's. The boots are my own from H&M.

Okay, so this is a little crazy, I know! Just so you know that I know!
Today I finally got hold of my drill and put up a shelf so that I can put all my jewelry and make-up in one place beneath my mirror - and I love it!
I'm not exaggerating when I say that I loooove love love when everything has it's own place, and when - on top of that - storing make-up can look good - I'm on cloud nine..!!

Just got home from work, had a busy day. This weekend I'm shooting a musicvideo with my band, so everything has to be planned and organized before we'll start the shootings early Saturday morning. Today has been a great day, classes at the university, coffee date with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time and this evening my boyfriend and I had some friends over for dinner - we cooked delicious risotto - uhm!!!!

Today's been weird. Woke up at 3 a.m., went to the airport to say goodbye to my boyfriend, weepy and tired, went back home to get a few hours of sleep and then yet another school day. Had dinner at my friends place, which was the most incredible homecooking I've experienced as long as I remember. Now I'm on my way to bed. Missing my BF. So goodnight.

Just been out playing in the snow with my boyfriend. Tonight we're having champagne and sushi for dinner. He will leave tomorrow morning and I won't be seeing him for four months. It's so sad and I'm gonna miss him like... !!!

I promised myself that I wouldn't buy any more clothes before I god my salary, but apparantly the things I promise myself don't last long, :-)
Today I bought this "sweatshirt" from H&M with see-through sleeves - I love it!
I'm thinking of wearing it with a huge necklace and tights as a dress, or as a sweatshirt when I don't really know what to wear - do you feel like that every morning too?

A walk in the snow

Today the sun was shining and the sky was the most beautiful blue colour. I decided to take a long walk with my camera and got these beautiful shots from the beach!
The first picture is to show you my lovely legwarmers - they're fair trade and keep my legs and feet warm in the cold months. The tights are from H&M and so are the boots.

Just got home from workout, writing on the lyrics for a new song that I'm doing with some german guys. The song and their music in general has a kind of ambient vibe wich I like and it fits my mood just perfect on this Sunday. At the moment I study as well, so Sunday is very often the time where I can get to work on my music.

Yesterday I bought these leggins from H&M, they're so comfortable, I want to wear them all the time!!
The T-shirt is a home made - "holey" thing, all you have to do is buy a cheap t-shirt, cut the sleaves off and cut a hole-pattern with a pair of scissors just the way you want it - voila!!
Other than that not much is going on this saturday evening, my boyfriend is watching the olympics and I'm streaming tv-series on the internet!

My mother made this jacket when she was at my age... She even wove the fabric. So that's what you call enthusiastic. It's one of my favourites though I've only worn it a few times. Today I decided to put it on again. It's really warm and comfortable.

I bought the shoes from Zara on sale last week. You'll never get tired of buying shoes.
